To preserve the ultra-premium environment of The Creeks, we enforce standard vehicle and community guidelines. These mandates ensure the comfort, safety, and visual appeal of our valley sanctuary.

Guests who do not meet these criteria will have their bookings cancelled. Please contact our Pro Shop if you require classification details or exceptions.

Rig Compliance Mandate

Reservations are limited to motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers that are 30 feet or longer, and 10 years old or newer (5 years or newer for premium sites). Rigs must be in good cosmetic and mechanical condition. Utility vans, pop-ups, and truck campers are not permitted.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. Late cancellations or failures to arrive will result in the forfeiture of the one-night deposit fee.

Check-in / Check-out Windows

Guest check-in is open from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Late arrivals must coordinate with the Pro Shop in advance. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM to allow site preparation for arriving guests.

Pet Guidelines & Restrictions

We welcome domestic pets (maximum of 2 per site). Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the coach and waste must be immediately bagged and disposed of. Certain aggressive breeds may be restricted; please verify with staff when booking.
