We limit reservations to RVs and trailers that are 30 feet or longer, and 10 years old or newer. Rigs must be in good cosmetic and mechanical condition. Custom vans, utility conversions, pop-up campers, and truck campers are not permitted in the resort.

Yes. You may request specific areas (such as golf course frontage or creekside sites) when submitting your inquiry. While we make every effort to accommodate layouts, specific site numbers are confirmed at check-in based on occupancy and rig size.

Absolutely. Registered resort guests receive 20% off green fees at our 18-hole championship course. Tee times can be booked through the Clubhouse or via our online Teesnap portal, and the discount will be applied upon verifying your resort reservation at check-in.

We welcome domestic pets (maximum of 2 per site). Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the coach, and waste must be immediately cleaned up. Certain aggressive breeds may be restricted; please verify with staff when booking.

Propane tanks (both standard bottles and integrated motorhome tanks) can be filled on-site by our attendants for $6.00/gallon. Simply request service at the Pro Shop daily, and our staff will complete the refill at your site.

Yes. We offer select annual and seasonal leases for guests seeking an extended residency in Northwest Arkansas. Long-term sites include all standard resort amenities (managed fiber WiFi, cable, water, sewer) and are metered separately for electricity. Please contact the Pro Shop directly or submit an inquiry to discuss current availability and rates.
